Shipping Time/Costs for Domestic(USA) Shipments
We are based in the USA so domestic shipments arrive quickly. Once we have received your order request, you will receive periodic e-mails from us regarding the progress of your order. Processing time can vary but usually is 24-72 hours, and once shipped, most orders arrive in around 2-3 business days using Priority Mail or 5-7 business days using our most economical First Class Mail Service. We also offer faster levels of transit service, if needed, which you will be able to select during the Checkout process. In this case we will make every effort to ship your item out that same day! Pendabryte Metal, Inc./Photo-engrave.com is not responsible for delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control. If a shipment should not be delivered within 15 days of its shipping date, you must notify us and, we will help you file an inquiry on your behalf. After 30 days, we will consider the product delivered and the matter closed. If a package should go undelivered, we will, at our discretion, send you a replacement package (with signature confirmation). Then, should the customer decide to subsequently place any future orders, signature confirmation will be required; and being apprised of the delivery risks, agrees to forego package replacement or reimbursement, should the package once again go undelivered.
CHRISTMAS SEASON
During the Christmas season, orders may take substantially longer to complete, in which case do not worry, we will still get the order to you BEFORE Christmas-including shipping time, provided you have met the published submission date on our front page
Shipping Time/Costs for International Shipments

Priority Air Mail and First Class service is available to almost every country in the world. Transit time is generally 6-10 days for Priority and 7-21 days for First Class, but may take longer, depending on the destination country. We also offer faster levels of transit service. Shipping Policy for International Shipments
Please note that you are accepting this policy in its entirety by placing an order with Pendabryte Metal, Inc. Pendabryte Metal, Inc. is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT or customs clearance processing/brokerage fees incurred in the destination country. We do not maintain or provide information concerning the assessment of customs duty in other countries, and customers should therefore obtain information from their local customs authorities before ordering. The duties, taxes, and fee, if applicable, are not included in the postage paid by you, and must be paid by buyer directly. If a shipment should not be delivered within 30 days of its shipping date, you must notify us and, we will help you file an inquiry on your behalf. After 30 days, we will consider the product delivered and the matter closed.If a product should not be delivered 30 days after its shipping date, you must request an Undelivered Product Form and email it to us by the 35th day from the ship date to be eligible to file a claim. We will help you to file an inquiry with the carrier's Claims and Inquiries Department on your behalf. After the 35th day from the ship date, we will consider the package delivered and no claim will be authorized. Responses from the Claims and Inquiries Department take at least 60 days to process as they have to trace the entire chain of delivery from country-to-country, and post office-to-post office. Therefore, if your shipment should go missing, it can take as many as 3 months to clear the matter up. Insured international shipments are reimbursed per the USPS regulations, or, at our discretion, re-sent to you less shipping costs. We are not responsible for any shortages to your claim due to USPS regulations.
On international shipments, if a package should go undelivered, we will at our discretion, send you an identical replacement package (with signature confirmation), OR invoke SDR to reimburse you. Special Drawing Rights or SDR value is used to calculate package reimbursement claims. SDRs are defined in terms of a basket of major currencies used in international trade and finance. At the time of this writing, claims are reimbursed at 0.6320 per $1 USD, but are subject to change. For example, a claim filed for a package insured for $200 USD would only be reimbursed $126.40 USD. Additionally, shipments are reimbursed per any USPS criteria and regulations, less shipping costs. We are not responsible for any shortages to your claim. Important: We highly recommend that you check the International Mail Manual for the maximum coverage extended to you by specific country. Each country has dollar limits placed on claims and you are only afforded reimbursement based on those limits. Please see the USPS International Mail Manual for any limitations to USPS shipments. If a customer decides to subsequently place any future orders, signature confirmation will be required. And being apprised of the delivery risks, agrees to forego package replacement or reimbursement should the package once again go undelivered.
