No one can predict any issues that may arise when you send us your information, misspelled names, errors in dates, (even when not our fault) cropping concerns, picture placement, picture clarity, etc. That is why we encourage you to contact us if there is anything you are not happy with and we will strive to make it right, In fact, we will fix the issue and send you the corrected pendant at no charge to you. We just ask that you return the old product to us.

For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it to us, in its original condition, postmarked within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund your purchase price, less shipping costs to and from our office. EXCEPTION: If you order more than 3 pendants at one time, these are non-refundable due to material and labor expenses. In this case, you may want to order a single pendant to preview your large order.
